The Challenge
The manufacturer's teams across several countries were creating brochures, technical data sheets, product stickers, social assets, uniforms and website pages. Without a practical asset system, files were difficult to find, local versions drifted and strong work in one market was recreated elsewhere.
What I Did
I helped establish a global operating model for the rebrand. Current working files and templates were centralised in SharePoint, common website components were defined, and regional teams were encouraged to localise content without breaking the core visual system. Product stickers moved to a global URL with regional redirection, while QR codes connected physical products to the right digital destination.
The Result
The programme produced finalised global product-sticker templates, established regional redirects and put reusable brochure, specification and social source files in one shared system. Regions began copying proven offers and layouts while retaining local language and market context. The result was faster reuse, clearer governance and a brand that could scale without becoming identical everywhere.
