The Challenge
A regional mining trade show needed more than banners and promotional merchandise. The manufacturer wanted to show real equipment, speak to site-level problems and create a reason for prospects to continue the conversation after the event.
What I Did
I helped connect the physical stand to a specific service offer: a site-access efficiency audit. The campaign included a dedicated landing page with work-platform hotspots, case studies and a contact form, supported by EDMs, sales email signatures, concise pull-up banners and mining-focused promotional items. The open stand layout kept equipment visible and encouraged hands-on engagement.
The Result
The event team reported strong visitor interaction with the equipment and substantial curiosity around the product presentation. The stand generated useful conversations because the campaign offered a concrete next step rather than generic awareness. The landing page and audit proposition also remained available after the event, extending the value of the activation beyond the exhibition floor.
